Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
  • in lukewarm, filtered water
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp carob powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 11/2 cups desiccated coconut

Directions

  1. Drain almonds and process in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.

  2. Add the bananas, carob, and vinegar, and process until the mixture is a smooth

  3. paste.

  4. Place the mixture into a bowl, add 1 cup of the coconut, and mix well.

  5. Roll the mixture into balls, and coat the balls in the remaining coconut
