Mexican Chicken

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 6 large frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 small can of black beans (seasoned)
  • 1 large jar of medium salsa (or mild/hot if you prefer)

Directions

  1. Place frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot.

  2. Rinse and drain black beans then pour them over the chicken breasts.

  3. Add large bottle of salsa on top.

  4. Turn crockpot on high and cook for 3 hours on high then turn down to low for another 3 hours.

  5. Dish is finished once you stir chicken, black beans and salsa together and chicken can be shredded.

  6. Serve with tortillas, chips and shredded cheese.
