Roast

Cook time: 420 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1-4 lb Sirloin roast
  • 1 packet of dry Au Jus gravy
  • 1 small can of Campbells French Onion Soup

Directions

  1. Place roast in crockpot

  2. Pour packet of dry Au Jus over top of roast

  3. Pour can of French Onion Soup over ingredients

  4. Pour one can of water over ingredients

  5. Cook on high for 3 hours

  6. Cook on low for 4 hours

  7. Dish is finished when roast is shredded

  8. Serve over mashed potatoes or on baguettes with provolone for a French Dip sandwich
