Tuna and Black Beans with Chilies and lime

Ingredients

  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 Med chopped onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 4 oz can chilies
  • 1 T lime zest
  • 3 T lime juice
  • 1 med chopped tomato
  • 2 15 oz cans black beans
  • 2 6 oz cans tuna
  • reduced fat sour cream to garnish

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet and saute onion and garlic 4 min.

  2. Stir in chilies, zest, juice, tomatoe, beans, and tuna and cook 5 min.

  3. Garnish with sour cream.
