Sicilian Chopped Sirloin Steak

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 small head garlic
  • 6 oil packed sundred tomato halves, minced
  • 2 T mayo
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin, chopped
  • 4 slices fontina cheese
  • Arugula for garnish
  • Basil for garnish
  • Whole wheat buns

Directions

  1. ast garlic in foil 30 min at 400.

  2. Squeeze pulp into cup and mix with sundried tomatoes and mayo.

  3. Add steak and mix well.

  4. Divide into 4 parts and form patties.

  5. Cook in skillet 10 min.

  6. Place a cheese slice on each and melt cheese.

  7. Serve over arugula and basil on whole wheat buns.
