Steak and Mushroom Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c dry wine
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 T south beach ketchup
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 t worcestershire
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t dried marjoram
  • 1/32 t dried oregano
  • 2 lb sirloin steak in pieces
  • 2 c large mushrooms

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients through oregano (ie: not steak and mushrooms) and make a sauce. Add steak and mushrooms to coat. Cover and marinate 20 min at room temp, then refridgerate.

  2. Coat grill with spray, preheat.

  3. Drain and discard marinade. Thread meat and mushrooms onto 4 skewers. Grill until done.
