Chicken Swiss

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken breasts
  • slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • stuffing mix, or croutons (crushed)
  • melted butter

Directions

  1. Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a 9×13 glass pan.

  2. Cover with slices of Swiss cheese.

  3. Then, cover with a mixture of soup and wine.

  4. Sprinkle with crushed stuffing or croutons (as much as you’d like).

  5. Drizzle with melted butter on top.

  6. Bake at 350 for about 45-55 minutes.
