FESTIVE PIES

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 13 oz. ready rolled puff pastry
  • 2 turkey breasts
  • 2 T. cranberry jelly
  • 5 oz. sage and onion stuffing
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.Divide pastry into four rectangles. Season turkey breasts with salt and pepper and cut in to two. Arrange on the pastry, leaving a border around the edge. Spoon over cranberry jelly and place a dollop of stuffing on top of the turkey. Fold the pastry edges together and seal (may need to use a drop of water). Brush with egg and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 25 minutes.
