Tuna Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 large can of tuna
  • 1 package spring veggie soup mix
  • Mayo
  • Swiss cheese (3-4 slices)
  • 1 egg
  • Your favorite bread dough

Directions

  1. Prepare tuna as you typically would

  2. Pat out the dough so it’s long and about 6" wide

  3. Spread tuna down the center of the dough

  4. Place strips of Swiss cheese over the tuna

  5. Down the entire dough, make 1" slits in the dough on both sides of the tuna

  6. Alternately fold the slits of dough over the tuna, back and forth, to give it a braided effect

  7. Mix an egg with about 1 tsp of water and brush over the top

  8. Bake at 350 until brown, about 30-40 mins
