Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 32oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 8oz sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10oz can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Melt butter

  2. Mix sour cream, potato soup, onion, butter and cheese

  3. Then mix this with hashbrowns

  4. Bake at 350 for 50 mins
