Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
- 1-10oz package frozen spinach
- 3 cans vegetable broth
- 2-14.5 cans blended Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1-16oz bottle spaghetti sauce
- 2 packages mushroom or cheese tortellini
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

In a 5 quart saucepan, combine the spinach, broth, stewed tomatoes and sauce (I cut up the tomatoes first)

Bring to a boil while breaking up frozen spinach

Add tortellini and simmer for 10 mins
