Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3 TBSP milk
- 1 TBSP Vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
Directions

at 375.

Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a bowl.

Beat at med until well blended. Add egg, beat until well blended.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt.

Add to creamed mixture on low

Drop by rounded tablespoon 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly and draw star pattern or fork print the tops.

Bake 7-8 min or until set and beginning to brown. Cool 2 min on sheet, then remove to cooling rack.
