Two-Tater Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey (1/2 & 1/2)
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 cups frozen Tater Tots
  • 2 cups frozen french style green beans, thawed.
  • 3 cups hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Colby cheese

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook meat until no longer pink ; drain.

  2. Stir in the soup, garlic salt and pepper.

  3. Place Tater Tots in a greased 13×9 dish. Top with meat mixture and green beans. Spread mashed potatoes over the top; sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake uncovered, at 350 for 40-45 minutes or heated through.
