Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs round steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 ts garlic salt
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup beef bouillon
  • 1 TBSP ketchup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Cut steaks into thin strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put meat and onions in slow cooker. Mix garlic salt, Worcestershire, bouillon and ketchup, pour over meat. Coo on low 6-8 hours or until tender. Turn on high. Add mushrooms. Add enough water to flour to dissolve, add to meat stirring until mixed. Cook on high 15 min or until slightly thickened.
