Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1. season chicken with salt/pepper

  2. put in skillet with broth. Simmer 15-20 min.

  3. In saucepan combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and reserved cooking liquid until cheese is melted.

  4. Shred chicken

  5. Add dressing and chicken to saucepan, stir then toss with the spaghetti
