Prosciutto-Wrapped Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz) container refrigerated breadstick dough (Pillsbury)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 24 paper-thin slices prosciutto

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Line a heavy large baking sheet with silpat (nonstick baking mat) or parchment paper.

  3. Tear the dough along the perforations into strips.

  4. Working with 1 dough strip at a time, roll each dough strip in the Parmesan cheese and twist.

  5. Transfer the dough strips to the prepared baking sheets.

  6. Bake until the breadsticks are golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes.

  7. Cool the breadsticks completely on the backing sheet.

  8. Before serving, wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around each cooled breadstick.

  9. Arrange on a platter.
