German Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 lb caramels (about 60 pieces, unwrapped)
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecan nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, melt caramels and evaporated milk over medium heat until completely melted.

  2. Mix cake mix with 3/4 cup butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, and nuts.

  3. ess half dough into a greased 9×13.

  4. ke for 15 mins on 350.

  5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

  6. Pour caramel mixture on top.

  7. Press remaining dough on top.

  8. Bake another 15-18 mins.
