Ingredients
- 4 pound chuck roast
- 4 1/2 oz green chiles can
- 2 Tbs chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
Directions

Put roast in roaster and rub paste on meat.

al with foil and cook 3.5-4 hours in 300 degree oven.
