Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 10 oz sharp cheese; grated
- 3 cups Bisquick
Directions

Allow ingredients to stand at room temperature until easily mixed.

Thoroughly blend all together.

Scoop by teaspoonfulls and roll into balls by hand.

Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes or until done, at 400F.
