Hot Spinach Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (10oz) frozen, chopped spinach (drain and squeeze dry)
  • 1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbs minced green onion
  • (optional) 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 jalapeño pepper - seeded/chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp petter
  • 1/2 cup grated SHARP cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 jar (6oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Mix ingredients.

  3. **Add only 1/2 the cheese at first.

  4. Put into greased casserole dish

  5. Bake 15-20 mins

  6. Add rest of cheese on top and bake 5 more mins, until bubbly.
