Braunschweiger Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Brunschweiger
  • 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 t. grated onion
  • dash of peper to taste
  • dash of garlic powder to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate about 1 hour, shape into a ball, cover w/ chopped nuts and cut-up parsley.

  3. Serve w/ crackers, chips or nuts.
