Ingredients
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. butter, soft
- 1/5 c packed br. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 1.5 quick cooking oats (uncooked)
- 1 (12oz) pkg butterscotch chips
- 1/2 tsp orange extract
Directions

heat oven to 375

In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In large bowl combine butter, brown sugar, eggs and water – beat until creamy.

Gradually add flour mixture.

Sir in oats

Drop by slightly rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake 10-12 mins.
