Banana Oatmeal Coconut Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup coconut, grated

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. Put all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until mixed well. Press mixture into a 9×9 inch baking pan.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Let pan cool on a baking rack.

  4. Once cooled, cut into 16 bars. Enjoy!
