Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, soft
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. cloves
- 2.5 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. baking powder
- 2 c. firmly grated zucchini
- 1 c. or 1 pkg (6oz) chocolate pieces
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and sour milk; beat well.

In another bowl, combine cinnamon, cloves, flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda.

Add to liquid mixture.

Add zucchini. Mix well.

Pour in greased 13×9 pan.

Sprinkle chocolate pieces on top.

Bake @ 325 for 45 mins.
