Ingredients
- 4 T. butter
- Breadcrumbs
- Zucchini
- Tomatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 12 oz cheddar cheese
- 1 can french friend onions
Directions

lt 4 T. butter on bottom of 9×13.

Cover with breadcrumbs

Layer:

Peeled and sliced zucchini (2 layers)

Sliced tomatoes (1 layer in middle)

Pour 1 can cream of celery soup over this.

Place 12 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Top w/ 1 can french friend onion rings (or breadcrumbs w/ butter).

Bake @ 350 for 40 mins; until bubbly.
