Pineapple Souffle

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 - 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 T. all purpose flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 slices white bread, crusts removed

Directions

  1. eat oven to 350.

  2. Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Mix the pineapple and flour together in separate bowl, add to the egg mixture, stir slightly.

  4. Place in 1 1/2 qt. round casserole (white one)

  5. Melt the butter in a bowl, drench each bread slice in butter, and place on top of casserole.

  6. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.

  7. Bake 45 minutes.
