Andes Candies Chunk Cookies

Serves 48 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 10 oz. package Andes Creme De Menthe baking chips

Directions

  1. Beat butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and eggs until mixed.

  2. Stir in Andes baking chips, then flour.

  3. Chill approximately one hour in fridge.

  4. Measure out approximately 1 oz. dough, form ball and slightly flatten.

  5. Raise oven rack one level above middle and bake on nonstick baking pans.

  6. Bake at 350 for approximately 8-10 minutes.

  7. Cool pans 2 minutes before removing.
