Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 4.5oz strained baby food apricots
  • 1/3 c. Ketchup
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 glove garlic, minced
  • 2 t. ground ginger
  • 1 t. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 4 lbs pork spare ribs or chicken

Directions

  1. Combine: Apricots, ketchup, vinegar, soy, garlic, ginger and set aside

  2. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper

  3. Arrange in 9×13 pan, cover an bake @ 350 for 1 hour.

  4. Drain off fat.

  5. Pour sauce over ribs, cover and con’t baking @ 350 until tender, about 30 mins.

  6. Keep warm in a low oven until serving.
