Saucy Potatoes w/ ham

Ingredients

  • 1 can cond. cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. heavy whipping-cream
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 4 large red potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 c. cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 c. thin sliced green onions with tops
  • 1/2 c. salad croutons, crushed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soup, cream, salt and pepper.

  2. Fold in potatoes, ham and onions.

  3. Transfer to greased 2 qt baking dish.

  4. Cover and bake @ 350 for 50 mins

  5. Uncover; sprinkle w/ croutons.

  6. Bake 15-20 minutes longer, or until potatoes are tender and toppin is golden brown.
