Peach Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups (8 oz) frozen sliced peaches or other frozen fruit
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp bran

Directions

  1. Place milk, yogurt, honey, peaches, banana and bran in blender. Serve chilled.
