Butter Sauce for Fish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 1 T. mined fresh parsley, basil or fresh herb
  • 1 t .Dijon mustard
  • S & P

Directions

  1. IN small pan, melt butter w/ herbs and salt and pepper over low heat.

  2. Remove and let stand about 15 mins to gain flavor.

  3. Dribble over fish.
