Lynn Stierman’s Ceasar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine
  • 1/4 c. oil (soak 2 cloves garlic for a couple hours, then remove)
  • 2 c. crouton
  • 1/2 c. fresh parm
  • 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
  • S and P
  • 6 T. oil
  • 1 raw egg, mixed
  • 3.5 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. Worcestershire

Directions

  1. Break apart lettuce

  2. Combine S & P, and parm cheese. Set aside

  3. Soak garlic in oil, remove, Add 6 more TBSP oil and rest of liquid ingredients. Stir

  4. Just before serving, pour in liquid ingredients, croutons, blue cheese, parm and toss.
