Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. Velveeta cheese cut into chunks

Directions

  1. Grease a 10×13″ pan. Layer the hash browns, margarine, soup, onion, and sour cream.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins. Remove from oven and gently fold in cheese chunks. Top with 1 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 c. melted margarine.

  3. Return to oven and brown for 10 more mins.
