Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar
  • 1/3 c. green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Oven at 350

  2. Coat 9×13 with nonstick spray.

  3. Whisk together soup, sour cream, S&P. Stir in cheese, onion and hash browns until well mixed.

  4. Spoon evenly into baking dish.

  5. Mix together corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over hash brown mixture.

  6. Bake uncovered for about 45 mins
