Pesto sauce with radiatore

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1 T. melted butter
  • 1 T. EVOO
  • 2 potatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 lb green beans
  • 1 lb radiatore
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
  • Grated cheese

Directions

  1. in large serving bowl, mix pesto, butter and eVOO.

  2. Bring large pot of salted water to boil; add pasta potato and green beans.

  3. Cook according to pasta directions; when pasta is done, veggies will also be done. Add 2 T. of cooking water to pesto mix.

  4. Drain pasta and veggies and add to pesto.

  5. Add fresh basil and grated cheese.
