Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz. marshmallow creme
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a large saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil and stir for 5 mins. over medium heat.

  2. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted.

  3. Add creme, nuts, and vanilla; beat until well blended.

  4. Pour into greased pan.

  5. Cool at room temp. Cut into squares.

  6. Makes 3 lbs.
