Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow pepper, chopped
  • 3 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped and deseeded
  • 1 large potato, chopped and cooked separately in olive oil
  • 1 chicken bullion
  • butter

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables (in order of cooking time) over medium heat in olive oil.

  2. Add bullion and a pat of butter to mix at end.
