Lisa’s Chicken Pot Pie

this pot pie can be cooked according to your personal taste by changing the vegetables

Cook time: 35 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Chicken 98% fat free
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can of sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can of sliced potatoes
  • 1 can of veg-all vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
  • 2 regular frozen pie crusts

Directions

  1. Heat oven according to pie crust directions.

  2. Drain each can of ingredients, Add salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix in a bowl by hand.

  3. Perforate pie crusts with a fork.

  4. Put the vegetable mixture into one pie crust, use the second pie crust to top the mixture. Remove carefully the pie tin
