Muesli Slice

Full of ’goodness’with oats,fruit, nuts & seeds

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 20 people

Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/4 C honey or golden syrup
  • 1 weetbix, crushed
  • 1/2 C sultanas
  • 1/4 C sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 C pumpkin seeds
  • 1 C rolled oats
  • 3/4 C self raising flour
  • Note: seeds can be lightly toasted and seeds & nuts can be chopped if preferred

Directions

  1. Warm together butter, sugar & honey.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.

  3. Add melted ingredients.

  4. Press into paper lined slice pan and bake at 180oC approx 20 minutes, until golden & firm.

  5. Cool before cutting into squares.
