Ingredients
- 1-2 lb round roast or London broil
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- carrots
- potatoes
Directions

Rub beef all over with mustard and spices. Cut and add potato and carrot. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
