Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs, hard cooked
  • 4 T Maonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. To Boil Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan. Add enough water to cover eggs. Cover pan let water boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes Remove pan from stove and let stand 10 minutes. Then immediately run cold water into pan. Remove eggshells by cracking the surface and peeling carefully.

  2. Cut cooled eggs in half, carefully; gently remove yolks and put into bowl. Mash yolks with fork; add mayonnaise and mustard and mix lightly. Pile egg yolk mixture into the whites. Sprinkle paprika over top and chill.
