Pizza Pasta Bake

preheat oven 375 degrees
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 (16 oz) package Mostaccioli
- 1 t Olive Oil
- 1/2 C Chopped onion
- 1 T Chopped garlic
- 2 italian sausage links heat & serve(precooked)
- 1/2 C diced pepporoni (from stick)
- 2 (14 oz) jars pizza sauce
- 2 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 green pepper
Directions

1) Prepare pasta according to package.

2) Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Add onions, pepper, and garlic. Saute’ until peppers are softened (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in sausage and pepperoni. Saute’ until heated through (about 2 min). Toss with pasta, sauce, and 1 cup cheese.

3) Transfer to a 2 Qt greased baking dish. Top with reamining cheese.

4) Bake @375 for 30 min. or until golden brown and bubbly.

5) Let stand 10 min. before serving
