Chicken in Wine

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into 1/2 in pieces
  • 1/2 C bread crumbs
  • 3 T oil
  • 1# mushrooms sliced
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C wine (pink chablis, marsala)
  • Fresh rosemary to taste

Directions

  1. Coat chicken pieces with bread crumbs and fry in oil.

  2. Add mushrooms, water, and wine and bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer 20 min.

  4. Sprinkle with rosemary and simmer 10 min more.

  5. Serve over white rice or noodles.
