Dilled Chicken with New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 4 chick breasts (bone in)
  • 2 C chicken broth
  • 1/4 C chopped fresh dill
  • 8 small new potatoes
  • 12 oz fresh asparagus

Directions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and paprika.

  2. Coat chicken and cook in oil skin side down.

  3. Remove from oil.

  4. Pour broth into 2 T flour and wisk until smooth.

  5. Add broth mixture and 2 T dill to skillet.

  6. Add chicken (skin side up) and potatoes.

  7. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 min.

  8. Add asparagus and simmer 10 more min.

  9. Remove from heas and sprinke with lemon juice and remaining dill.
