Ingredients

  • light olive oil or vegetable oil - 2tsp
  • black mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • hingu (acofetida) - 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Directions

  1. Bring to a crackle the oil and black mustard seeds

  2. Remove from heat

  3. Add the hingu and turmeric powder
