Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

  • dried unsweetened coconut
  • roasted chana dhal - 1/2 cup
  • ginger - 1 inch, peeled
  • green chili - 2
  • chopped cilantro - 1/3 bunch (optional)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • white sugar - 1/4 tsp

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender, adding water slowly until it becomes a rough paste
