Dani’s Creamy Vegan Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • half cup Veganaise
  • whole container Follow Your Heart sour cream
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts
  • 1 pkg Follow Your Heart Vegan Mozzarella
  • garlic flakes to taste
  • onion granules to taste
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Thaw spinach in a pot of hot water. Use a strainer to drain, pushing the water out with a large spoon. Shred vegan cheese and put in bottom of a blender followed by Veganaise and vegan sour cream. Blend. Add spinach, drained artichokes, and spices and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer mixture to oven dish and bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve immediately with crackers or bread or whatever.
