Caprese Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 package of wooden shish kabob skewers
  • Lots of cherry tomatoes
  • fresh Mozerella
  • fresh basil leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic (or your choice) Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the Mozerella into tiny chunks. Wrap a basil leaf around a cherry tomato and skewer, follow with a mozerella chunk. Continue till skewer is complete. Repeat. Lay the completed skewers in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with the Oil and Vinegar, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
