Phyllis Tatum’s Strawberry Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 Angel food cake
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (lite is OK for both containers)
  • 1 12 oz container Cool Whip
  • 1 8 oz bar cream cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat)
  • 1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 package strawberry glaze

Directions

  1. Cube cake and mix with the 12 oz container Cool Whip. Spread into the bottom of a 9 × 13 glass dish.

  2. Cream together the cream cheese and the sugar. Mix well. Add to this the 8 oz Cool Whip. Spread on the first layer.

  3. Mix sliced strawberries and glaze. Spread on top.

  4. Store in refrigerator; recipe easily doubles.
