Rocky’s Italian Grill’s pesto vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto
  • • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • • 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
  • • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • • 1 1/4 cups olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl. Blend together using a wire whip. Slowly add olive oil while mixing with wire whip.

  2. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
