Ingredients
- • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto
- • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- • 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
- • 1 tablespoon sugar
- • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- • 1 1/4 cups olive oil
Directions

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl. Blend together using a wire whip. Slowly add olive oil while mixing with wire whip.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
